Description

  • Execute a targeted regional sales plan to identify growth opportunities and exceed revenue goals.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop new sales opportunities with Fortune 500 and Top 1000 enterprise companies in the light industrial sector.
  • Assess client needs, qualify pain points, tailor solutions, and prepare compelling proposals.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations that demonstrate the value of the platform and staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the National Account Executive team to win new business and expand accounts.
  • Grow the scope of work within newly acquired client accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategy.
  • Report on sales progress, forecast revenue, and update senior leadership regularly.
  • Travel extensively within the region to meet clients, attend events, and strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Dallas or the surrounding area to commute to clients within the city.
  • Proven track record of winning large strategic deals within the light industrial sector.
  • Experience managing complex, long sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all seniority levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, up to approximately 50%.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 and Top 1000 companies, is preferred.
