Description

  • Partner with clients, sales teams, and operations to oversee loan pipeline progress and resolve issues at each stage.
  • Follow up within 24 hours of initial approval and then every 72 hours or as needed until outstanding conditions are resolved.
  • Contact clients 7 and 3 days before closing to help address pending PTD conditions and support a smooth transition to CTC.
  • Review loan conditions for accuracy and help minimize turnaround times and piecemeal issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, sales, and internal operations to identify and resolve loan-related or process issues.
  • Escalate challenges with sales and operations leadership while maintaining transparent communication and delivering solutions.
  • Provide disciplined follow-up, guidance, and world-class service to sales teams and clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on JMAC policies, procedures, technology, and the client portal.
  • Support client retention and growth by proactively identifying and resolving client challenges and sharing feedback for process improvements.
  • Provide backup support for Client Services using the ticketing system when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage processing and account management.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey business concepts and value.
  • Experience with Encompass is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of industry guidelines and policies.
  • Familiarity with LOS, pricing engines, and underwriting engines.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining detail-oriented, responsive, and composed under pressure.
  • Strong relationship-building, organization, accountability, initiative, and reliability.
