Description

  • Work with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Train large language models from scratch on a large GPU cluster.
  • Collect, prepare, and process pre-training and fine-tuning datasets.
  • Support and improve existing subsystems.
  • Develop large language models for coding tasks and deploy them into production environments.
  • Own entire subsystems and make decisions independently when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in the design, deployment, and support of production ML systems.
  • Strong theoretical background in NLP and transformer-based approaches.
  • Proficiency with modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and common NLP libraries.
  • Experience in distributed training of multi-billion parameter models.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with LLM inference frameworks such as vLLM, DeepSpeed, or TensorRT (preferred).
  • Experience with LLM alignment techniques such as RLHF/RLAIF (preferred).
  • Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD for ML (preferred).
  • Experience with K8s and Kubeflow (preferred).
  • Scientific publications in NLP (preferred).
