Description

  • Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces through wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Own the design direction for key product areas and lead large-scale initiatives from vision and strategy through execution.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to define problems and align on goals.
  • Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders and the team.
  • Conduct and analyze usability testing and user research to inform design solutions.
  • Work with UX Research and Analytics teams to validate ideas and uncover user insights.
  • Help develop and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, flexibility, and scale across the product.
  • Occasionally support new product teams working on next-generation team development workflow solutions.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
  • Ability to independently lead complex, large-scale projects from vision and strategy to feature implementation.
  • Ability to lead design projects from early discovery through implementation.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, validating, and presenting UI/UX solutions.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine design choices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to empathize with developer challenges and day-to-day workflows.
  • Experience designing for developer-focused products or technical environments with high-load interfaces (preferred).
  • Understanding of development processes and IDE principles (preferred).
  • Experience building technically complex solutions and tools for developers, software development, or QA (preferred).
