Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the field support team to ensure processes and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Ensure the team delivers world-class customer service while minimizing overall maintenance cost.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, customers, and main maintenance shops.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors and suppliers for JSSI’s Airframe business.
  • Collaborate with JPL to ensure material availability and cost efficiency for each maintenance event.
  • Visit MROs and shops on a regular basis to support maintenance operations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional forecasting and help maintain accurate airframe business budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities while maintaining service quality.
  • Act as the primary bridge between customers and the technical team to resolve complications.
  • Lead the transition from Salesforce to Elevate and leverage technology to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Aviation.
  • Proven leadership experience managing maintenance events.
  • Experience planning and managing maintenance events for a fleet operator.
  • Strong technical knowledge of airframe maintenance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an aviation field preferred.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and write articulately and analytically.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution.
  • Clear understanding of relevant technical skills.

  • Annual base pay range of $190,000 to $220,000.
