Description

  • Maintain positive client relationships to maximize satisfaction with Jenzabar products and services.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and clients.
  • Use data from across Jenzabar to personalize client support and demonstrate ROI.
  • Provide client service training and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conduct annual reviews and regular campus visits with clients.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level client contacts.
  • Partner with the Account Executive and Sales Manager to strategize on accounts and support future sales opportunities.
  • Collect client feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent Jenzabar at regional conferences within the assigned territory.
  • Build a deeper understanding of third-party relationships and related opportunities.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics when appropriate to improve decision-making and efficiency.
  • Apply sound judgment and ethical standards, including responsible human oversight, when using AI.
  • Travel 50-75% as part of the role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in higher education and/or client service.
  • Experience working with clients in a higher education environment.
  • Ideal candidate should be located in or around Boston, MA or the New England area.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager for a higher education software or services company is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled tools and analytics is beneficial when applicable.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not provided.
