Description

  • Maintain positive client relationships to maximize satisfaction with products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between Jenzabar and client stakeholders.
  • Use client data to personalize outreach and address client needs and ROI.
  • Conduct client service training to support continuous improvement.
  • Visit clients and conduct annual business reviews with each account.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level client contacts.
  • Partner with the Account Executive and Sales Manager to strategize on accounts and identify future sales opportunities.
  • Collect client feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent Jenzabar at regional conferences within the territory.
  • Build a deeper understanding of third-party relationships and related positioning opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Higher Education and/or Client Services, including experience through Jenzabar or another institution/company.
  • Background in Higher Education with an understanding of the industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager for a company with products specific to higher education is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
  • Willingness to visit clients on campus in the U.S. and Canada annually.
  • No work visa sponsorship is provided.
