Description

  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and media monitoring.
  • Conduct discovery and needs analyses to understand clients’ advertising goals and challenges.
  • Develop tailored, scalable advertising solutions for prospects and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to the regional sales lead.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand the network.
  • Travel within the assigned region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Minneapolis territory to be considered.
  • Established relationships with agencies and clients in the home market and/or designated region.
  • Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify client opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to support long-term business success.
  • Strong negotiation skills for closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
