Description

  • Lead project architecture and technical direction for software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Build and support frontend features with Angular and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact applications.
  • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the team.
  • Contribute as a hands-on engineer across the full stack.
  • Design and support scalable, maintainable, and distributed applications.
  • Participate in debugging, logging, observability, and production support activities.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum processes and balance development with leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience building complex, enterprise-level systems.
  • Proven experience building scalable and distributed applications.
  • Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Frontend development experience with Angular and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience working with Azure cloud services and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with testing practices such as TDD and/or BDD.
  • Production experience with debugging, logging, and observability.
  • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Ability to balance development, architecture, and leadership responsibilities.
  • Hands-on engineer with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable working across the full stack, including backend and frontend.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the financial industry (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with feature flags and observability tools (nice to have).
  • Experience with no/low-code integrations such as banking connectors (nice to have).
  • Experience with on-call rotations and production support (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of security and performance testing (nice to have).
