Description

  • Design and build foundational AI layers for the broader engineering organization.
  • Implement prompt frameworks for internal AI workflows.
  • Enforce deterministic, structured outputs for AI-driven actions.
  • Develop multi-step agentic workflows and autonomous agent loops.
  • Build multi-agent orchestration frameworks for production use.
  • Deploy Human-in-the-Loop state automations that pause, persist state, and resume after approval.
  • Create internal SDKs, tools, and structured pipeline abstractions used by other engineering teams.
  • Develop production-grade systems that turn raw context into reliable agent-based actions.
  • Support internal runtime, tool-calling, and workflow infrastructure for AI feature delivery.
  • Collaborate on developer platform enablement to help product teams ship AI features faster.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend software engineering and AI/ML application engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience engineering multi-step LLM workflows, autonomous agent loops, or multi-agent orchestration frameworks in production.
  • Experience building internal SDKs, tools, or structured pipeline abstractions used by other product engineering teams.
  • Production fluency in Python.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js for Vercel AI SDK and AWS edge workers.
  • Advanced Amazon Bedrock and prompt engineering experience.
  • Experience with structured output pipelines and performance ingestion.
  • Experience in state management, automation consistency, and HITL production workflows.
  • Preferred experience with Vercel AI SDK, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex for agentic orchestration.
  • Preferred experience with reliable tool-calling interfaces, short-term and long-term agent memory architectures, Amazon Bedrock APIs, prompt optimization, Bedrock Guardrails, schema enforcement with Pydantic or Zod, ingestion workers using Amazon MSK, SQS, and log sources, OCC, AWS Step Functions or LangGraph, durable HITL workflows, idempotent execution layers, and C# (.NET Core) or Java for enterprise integrations.
