Description

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists.
  • Oversee professional development and district implementation work across California.
  • Own a small number of district accounts and work directly with districts on implementation support and training.
  • Stay informed on statewide initiatives affecting K-12 schools and align implementations and professional development accordingly.
  • Create and maintain a positive team culture that drives performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and grow customer relationships.
  • Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals.
  • Travel to support districts, deliver professional development, and observe team members.
  • Observe professional development sessions and provide actionable feedback to team members.
  • Analyze data to guide decisions and next steps.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
  • K-12 teaching experience.
  • Experience managing people and fostering collaboration and team growth.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Must live in California, be remote, and live close to a major airport.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 per year.
  • Potential bonus eligibility.

  • Full-time remote position for candidates living in California.
