Description

  • Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
  • Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement professional development plans for IXL adoption.
  • Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including quarterly visits and in-person professional development.
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to increase engagement and usage of IXL.
  • Analyze data and use findings to guide decision-making and next steps.
  • Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilot districts and pre-sales opportunities.
  • Support districts in moving from adoption to consistent, effective use of IXL that drives student growth.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
  • 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
  • Instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech professional development experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting district implementations strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively from start to finish.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
  • Must live in Northern California and close to a major airport.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Base salary of $75,000 to $90,000.
  • Potential bonus eligibility.
  • Benefits package included.
