Description

  • Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support for mid-size districts.
  • Collaborate with school and district partners to create and execute professional development plans.
  • Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including in-person visits and quarterly check-ins.
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
  • Analyze usage and implementation data to guide decision-making and next steps.
  • Support districts moving from initial adoption to consistent, effective use of IXL.
  • Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Support districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
  • 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
  • 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
  • Instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech professional development experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting district implementations strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative, and energetic approach.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
  • Must live in Alabama and be located close to a major airport.
