Description

  • Provide support to corporate client employees via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot Outlook, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Office 365 issues.
  • Support mobile device setup, configuration, and email synchronization.
  • Reset network passwords and manage user access through Active Directory.
  • Assist with adding and changing network printers.
  • Troubleshoot VPN and remote access connectivity issues.
  • Use remote access tools to control user computers and resolve problems.
  • Handle approximately 50-60 service issues per day efficiently.
  • Create, terminate, and support end-user accounts and self-service requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, follow procedures, and deliver professional client service.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or service desk environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related applications.
  • Experience with user creations/terminations and end-user self-service tools.
  • Experience with cloud support and multi-device data syncing.
  • Familiarity with AutoTask or other ticketing systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting ISP, cable modem, and internet support issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, technical, and business communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
