Description

  • Provide customer service and help resolve customer requests and issues.
  • Support the sales team by overseeing the order process in internal systems.
  • Enter and modify orders and process related changes.
  • Provide shipment tracking information to customers and account managers.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes in coordination with Accounting.
  • Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate return requests.
  • Produce and distribute internal and external reports as needed.
  • Process shipping label requests.
  • Perform general data entry and other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software and new systems quickly.
  • Financial skills and background.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
  • Experience working at a Value Added Reseller is a plus.
  • Must be able to sit and keyboard for 8 hours per day and communicate by speaking and hearing in a work setting.
