Description

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer requests and issues.
  • Support the sales team by managing orders within internal systems.
  • Provide shipment tracking information to customers and account managers.
  • Assist the accounting department with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate return requests.
  • Process order modifications and changes.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external reports as needed.
  • Handle pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations.
  • Process shipping label requests.
  • Perform general data entry and other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations at a Value Added Reseller within the channel is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team settings.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
  • Financial skills and background.
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks at the same time.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
  • Ability to handle routine and challenging customer interactions.
