Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from intake through offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines for active and passive talent.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, direct outreach, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates, and qualify applicants for open roles.
  • Schedule and conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Manage candidate records and pipeline status in the ATS, including Rippling.
  • Support a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate on recruitment marketing efforts and share market intelligence with the business.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced tech company or top-tier recruiting agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse role types.
  • Experience proactively sourcing passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and direct outreach.
  • Comfortable partnering with and advising hiring managers at all levels.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and stay highly organized in an ATS.
  • Self-aware, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn, Indeed, Microsoft Office Suite, and ATS platforms; Rippling experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience recruiting for IT Solution Sales, multiple verticals, or a Value-Added Reseller is preferred.
