Description

  • Own a product area end to end, including success metrics, roadmap management, and prioritization decisions.
  • Turn a collection of features into a coherent product story that customers understand and the company can sell.
  • Conduct customer research, learn user workflows and constraints, and translate findings into product decisions.
  • Work day to day with a senior engineering team by writing crisp specs, making fast decisions, and protecting execution time.
  • Partner with the Head of Product on strategy and help decide where the product goes next.
  • Communicate credibly with senior stakeholders across customers, sales, leadership, and the internal team.
  • Represent the product area to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience at a company known for shipping excellent product quickly.
  • Track record of taking ambiguous, complex features from idea to shipped with minimal direction.
  • Comfort working in technical domains and with products that have real infrastructure underneath them.
  • Experience building products for technical users or products with significant technical depth.
  • Strong customer instincts and the ability to turn research into product decisions.
  • Direct communication style and willingness to state clear recommendations.
  • Speed and ownership, with focus on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Preferred: PM experience with CLI-based tools, SDKs, or other developer-facing products.
  • Preferred: PM experience with desktop or client applications.
  • Preferred: Deep technical experience with cloud or security infrastructure.
  • Preferred: Background in aerospace, defense, digital engineering, or other regulated domains.
  • Must be a US citizen living within the United States.
