Description

  • Schedule and coordinate 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance review meetings with RBTs.
  • Ensure self-assessments and BCBA supervisor feedback are completed before each evaluation.
  • Lead structured, supportive performance discussions with RBTs.
  • Review and compare RBT self-assessments with supervisor feedback to identify discrepancies.
  • Guide constructive conversations about strengths, performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Create a positive, encouraging environment that supports open communication.
  • Document evaluation outcomes and key discussion points accurately.
  • Maintain organized digital records of completed evaluations and follow up on outstanding reviews.
  • Track completion rates and help ensure evaluations are completed on time.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a coordination or facilitation role is preferred.
  • Experience in ABA environments is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience conducting meetings, reviews, or performance discussions is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage structured conversations professionally.
  • High attention to detail when reviewing and comparing evaluation data.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
  • Fluent English communication with high emotional intelligence.
  • Confident, engaging, professional, and approachable presence in meetings.
  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with digital forms, calendars, and online systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with care and diplomacy.
  • Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
  • Must be able to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
  • Must have a fixed fibre internet line with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speed and wired Ethernet capability.
  • Must have reliable power backup for load shedding or outages.
