Description

  • Review draft reports and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify spelling, grammatical, formatting, factual, logical, and documentation errors.
  • Check documents for missing information and inconsistencies.
  • Verify compliance with client-specific, insurance, internal, industry, and applicable requirements.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to report authors.
  • Identify required amendments and confirm that revisions resolve the relevant issues.
  • Complete forms and accurately transfer client information from source records.
  • Cross-check information across documents and source records.
  • Maintain consistent quality and compliance standards across reviewed documentation.
  • Escalate discrepancies requiring additional clarification.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in quality assurance, document review, report review, compliance, administration, or a similar detail-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing information.
  • Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Ability to provide clear, professional feedback and explain complex edits simply.
  • Strong comprehension skills for detailed documentation and requirements.
  • Comfort working with high volumes of information and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST.
  • A fixed fiber internet line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds, supporting a wired Ethernet connection.
  • Reliable power backup for load shedding and outages.
