Description

  • Pull daily reports from the Rethink platform to identify unsubmitted or unverified session notes from the previous day.
  • Follow up with Registered Behaviour Technicians by email, phone, or text to remind and assist them with session note completion.
  • Use existing email templates to maintain consistency in communications.
  • Identify technical issues or other barriers preventing timely submission of session notes.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-up communications and outcomes.
  • Approach interactions in a friendly, supportive, and respectful manner to encourage compliance.
  • Manage a high volume of daily follow-ups without overlooking any staff member.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the U.S. healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and the role of Registered Behaviour Technicians is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
  • Experience with the Rethink platform is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey reminders and instructions clearly and empathetically.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of follow-ups daily and stay organized.
  • Capability to identify issues affecting session note submission and collaborate on solutions.
  • Approachable and friendly demeanour for building positive relationships with field staff.
  • Understanding of ABA terminology and the importance of session notes in client progress tracking (preferred).
  • Experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within a healthcare setting (preferred).
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to different personalities and situations (preferred).

  • Working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings).
  • Compensation for South African public holidays in accordance with the BCEA.
