Description

  • Respond to inbound customer emails about kiosk hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems through structured troubleshooting of connectivity, Wi-Fi, network settings, power, and configuration.
  • Communicate clear, professional, and patient resolutions to facility staff.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Add new users to the web portal with accurate contact details.
  • Configure facility-specific feedback and alert email settings.
  • Update kiosk branding and logos for each facility.
  • Maintain COVID-19 health screening questions for facilities that require them.
  • Assist with onboarding new facility clients and guide staff through platform features.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a client-facing role.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or software portals is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to healthcare, aged care, or senior living environments is advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Professional, patient, and confident phone and email manner.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with comfort using web-based software portals and maintaining digital records.
  • Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, including U.S. and South African public holidays.
  • Must have a fixed fibre internet line with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds, wired Ethernet capability, and reliable power backup.
