Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between families and the clinical team throughout the ABA therapy process.
  • Manage client onboarding, including documentation and insurance authorization processes.
  • Coordinate scheduling for clients and clinical staff using electronic systems.
  • Track and manage client-related documentation to support compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide timely, professional updates to families and respond to questions and concerns with empathy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and the client experience.
  • Support team performance through process improvements and communication best practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care coordination, case management, or administrative roles within healthcare or ABA services preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Compassionate approach to supporting families and improving service delivery.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally in line with HIPAA requirements.
  • Must be available to work EST hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time, subject to daylight savings changes).
  • Must have a fixed fibre internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download and support for a wired Ethernet connection.
  • Must have a reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.
