Description

  • Lead multiple NHS implementation projects from onboarding through adoption.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and support ongoing issue resolution.
  • Manage customer onboarding and guide users to get maximum value from the platform.
  • Support renewals and help drive client adoption and retention.
  • Streamline delivery processes to make them repeatable, efficient, and client-friendly.
  • Measure and demonstrate the impact of Isla’s platform on healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Provide input on company strategy from a delivery perspective.
  • Run product demos and map out next steps with prospects.
  • Build and expand professional relationships across the NHS and wider healthcare sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and when to apply them.
  • Strong account management skills and an interest in developing long-term client relationships.
  • Track record of consistently high performance.
  • Analytical approach with evidence of using data to inform decisions.
  • Proven experience running benefits realisation processes within projects.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort navigating complex organisations and building networks across multiple teams.
  • Degree qualification of 2:1 or above from a recognised university, or a first-class degree from any university (preferred).
  • Quantitative background in maths, economics, engineering, physics, or a similar discipline (preferred).
  • Evidence of strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and sound decision-making in ambiguity (preferred).
  • High level of proactivity, ownership, and bias toward action (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal presence and ability to build rapport quickly (preferred).

  • Salary of £42,000 to £48,000 per annum plus performance-based commission.
