Description

  • Lead and manage complex programs and projects to support successful customer deployment and adoption of Irth’s platform.
  • Plan project resources, predict staffing needs, and bring in additional resources as needed during implementation.
  • Track and manage deliverables, project timelines, risks, issues, ROI, scope, and costs.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Keep internal processes and client-facing documents current and aligned with corporate goals.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Handle difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles within a Professional Services function at a software company, preferably a SaaS provider.
  • Proven experience working with external customers and internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and multiple resources.
  • Experience handling escalations at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including revenue, cost, and margin.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and following a repeatable project methodology.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Damage Prevention and Pipeline Integrity sectors is preferred.
  • Experience with oil and gas software and technology is preferred.
  • Experience with solution development processes and application support lifecycles is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
