Description

  • Own end-to-end deployment of the product on Kubernetes, including rollouts, rollback, scaling, and release management.
  • Ensure product health and reliability through monitoring, logs, traces, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs.
  • Provide customer-facing technical operations support for on-prem and hosted deployments, including escalation leadership.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of each customer environment, including architecture, configurations, requirements, and customizations.
  • Govern configuration consistency across customers and environments using configuration management and GitOps-style practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting resolutions, root causes, best practices, automation, and runbooks.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations on production readiness, release planning, UAT, and go-live sign-off.
  • Lead technical delivery for customer implementations from installation through go-live.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated environment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm in production.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
  • Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong Linux and cloud-native security fundamentals.
  • Strong coding and scripting skills focused on automation and efficiency.
  • Experience in customer technical operations and enterprise customer escalation leadership.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
