Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent services.
  • Build and optimize solutions using large language models (LLMs).
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI workflows.
  • Design and implement AI agents and orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop backend services and REST APIs that support AI applications.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver AI use cases.
  • Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions.
  • Contribute to technical architecture, documentation, and engineering best practices.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong programming experience in Python.
  • Experience developing AI applications using large language models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or PydanticAI.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience developing backend applications using FastAPI or Django.
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus (nice to have).
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have).
  • Experience with AI observability tools such as LangSmith or Arize Phoenix (nice to have).
  • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation (nice to have).
  • Experience building AI copilots or intelligent assistants (nice to have).
  • Passion for Generative AI and intelligent software development.
  • Ability to build scalable and production-ready AI applications.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort in collaborative, fast-paced engineering environments.
