Description

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven content generation workflows.
  • Build and maintain agentic workflows using Python, FastAPI, CrewAI, LangGraph, and LangChain.
  • Contribute to production codebases and maintain related services in Go where needed.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests as part of the development workflow.
  • Operationalize AI models in collaboration with the AI R&D team.
  • Implement LLM observability and monitoring using Langfuse, OpenLit, and New Relic.
  • Design and run LLM evaluation benchmarks and regression detection.
  • Integrate and manage cloud resources across Azure and AWS.
  • Support robust CI/CD pipelines and SDLC best practices.
  • Package, deploy, and scale applications using Docker, with Kubernetes experience as a plus.

Requirements

  • Strong Python development skills with FastAPI experience.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic and LLM frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, and LangChain, or equivalent.
  • Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and turning research outputs into production services.
  • Practical experience with Azure services such as Container Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Blob Storage.
  • Familiarity with AWS.
  • Experience with LLM observability and monitoring tools such as Langfuse, OpenLit, and New Relic, or equivalent.
  • Solid grasp of CI/CD, DevOps, and SDLC practices.
  • Working knowledge of Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ML/NLP tooling such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, and scikit-learn is a strong plus.
  • Daily use of AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Working knowledge of Go is a nice to have, including the ability to read, modify, and maintain existing Go services.
