Description

  • Advise customers on implementation strategies, use cases, and product selection.
  • Translate customer requests and requirements into actionable development outcomes.
  • Act as the technical owner during customer sales, onboarding, and implementation.
  • Stay current on competitive products and market opportunities.
  • Own continuous service improvement plans and quality delivery across the technology stack.
  • Partner with the product team to refine go-to-market strategies and deliver solution architectures.
  • Serve as a liaison between architects, engineers, and customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role at a SaaS company.
  • Developer experience with APIs and front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React.
  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Preferred: familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats.
  • Preferred: strong solution architecture and engineering expertise, including requirements gathering, problem-solving, and technical recommendations.
  • Pre-employment screening is required, including third-party verification of work history, education, and identity.
  • A final in-person interview and identity verification step will be conducted in the candidate’s country of residence.
