Description

  • Lead the definition of spec and implementation standards for feature areas using executable SDD/BDD specs.
  • Use agentic coding tools across the full software development lifecycle and help drive AI-first development practices.
  • Review AI-generated code and attestations for correctness, edge cases, security implications, and spec alignment before merge.
  • Lead complex features and cross-team systems end-to-end from specification through production.
  • Design, implement, and ship reliable, maintainable solutions for high-volume, high-availability SaaS environments.
  • Orchestrate unit and integration testing that verifies real behavior.
  • Define and help enforce technical standards across the AI software delivery process.
  • Mentor junior engineers and serve as a go-to technical voice for engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to clarify requirements and build the right solution.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and technical presentations, including sprint reviews and program reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise or SaaS software in production environments.
  • Personal fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalents.
  • Proven experience with spec-first workflows, attestation practices, and BDD/SDD.
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping complex features independently end-to-end.
  • Strong experience with Golang, PHP, or Node.js/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • Solid unit and integration testing skills.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong written communication skills for specs, code reviews, and async updates.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent (preferred).
  • Familiarity with microservices, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, or observability tooling (preferred).
  • Experience developing or integrating AI/ML features in a production SaaS product (preferred).
  • Background in B2B SaaS, CRM, or revenue technology (preferred).
