Description

  • Build and operate a scalable data platform bridging on-prem DGX and AWS.
  • Implement ingestion and quality-control automation for CT DICOM data, with expansion to video, C-Arm, and radiology reports.
  • Implement and operate distributed processing on AWS Batch using Spot instances for large-scale QC, predictions, and derivative generation.
  • Deploy ClearML for dataset versioning, lineage, experiment tracking, and provenance.
  • Optimize training data access using Lance or an equivalent solution for fast loading and incremental updates.
  • Build a PostgreSQL-backed enrichment service for metadata, labels, and predictions separate from raw media.
  • Integrate and operate labeling workflows, including RBAC, QC, audit trail, and algorithmic label ingestion.
  • Establish a governed clinical validation environment meeting 21 CFR Part 11 expectations and HIPAA/PHI handling requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, AWS Batch, EC2 Spot, and related cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, HPA, Karpenter, and networking concepts such as VPC and VPN.
  • Familiarity with security and operations tools such as Trivy and Jenkins.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and medical imaging systems including DICOM, PACS, and Orthanc.
  • Experience with ClearML, Lance, Encord, OpenSearch, and FFmpeg or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of medical imaging workflows, especially CT and DICOM.
  • Experience with data ingestion pipelines, QC automation, distributed processing, and media processing.
  • Knowledge of clinical AI validation, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA/PHI handling, RBAC, audit trails, WORM storage, provenance, and data lineage.
  • Experience with PACS integration, radiology workflows, metadata and label management, and vector search is preferred.
