Description

  • Own a portfolio of client relationships as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for senior stakeholders.
  • Build deep, lasting trust with clients by understanding their goals, pressures, and organizational dynamics.
  • Guide clients through complex or ambiguous digital decisions with clear, practical recommendations.
  • Translate research and discovery findings into actionable digital strategy deliverables such as roadmaps, personas, user journeys, value propositions, information architecture, and UX direction.
  • Direct discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments.
  • Develop strategic direction for websites, digital products, and experiences that align customer needs with business goals and technology capabilities.
  • Create high-impact presentations, proposals, and strategic frameworks that support client decision-making and new business efforts.
  • Partner with designers, creatives, technologists, content strategists, researchers, and analysts to deliver cohesive digital strategies.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity while maintaining direction and momentum from discovery through delivery.
  • Monitor emerging trends in AI, digital transformation, and experience strategy and bring relevant insights to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in digital strategy, client services, account management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Digital agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior client relationships in a services or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of websites, UX design, information architecture, and product strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging tools, with the ability to speak credibly about their role in digital strategy.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities in both visual and verbal formats.
  • Ability to synthesize research and insights into actionable strategic direction.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience developing brand positioning, value propositions, or messaging frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience facilitating workshops for brand, messaging, or creative development is preferred.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior strategists or account team members is preferred.
