Description

  • Develop and evolve new features for the Super App following iOS best practices.
  • Ensure product performance, security, and reliability by identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs in a critical environment.
  • Collaborate with developers, Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development processes and delivery quality.
  • Lead and contribute to software architecture discussions, including Clean Architecture, MVVM, and Server-Driven UI.
  • Support the mobile applications in production by monitoring operational health and user experience for millions of customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift, including the latest versions of the language.
  • Experience with Swift Package Manager.
  • Experience with MVVM and MVVM-C design patterns.
  • Ability to choose the most appropriate architecture based on trade-offs, scalability, testability, and maintainability.
  • Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, clean code, and design patterns.
  • Experience with componentization and modularization for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency with Auto Layout, UIKit view code, and SwiftUI.
  • Ability to build responsive, performant, and accessible interfaces.
  • Deep understanding of the UIKit lifecycle and visual performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of GCD, DispatchGroup, DispatchQueue, concurrency, and thread safety.
  • Familiarity with Swift Concurrency, including async/await, async let, TaskGroup, and MainActor (preferred).
  • Experience with performance profiling tools such as Instruments.
  • Ability to debug complex performance issues in production apps.
  • Experience writing unit tests, UI tests, and snapshot tests.
  • Knowledge of TDD and BDD.
  • Experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Fastlane and GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Experience automating builds, deployments, and code analysis.
  • Strong experience consuming REST APIs, handling errors, and working with data models.
  • Experience with Remote Configs and Feature Toggles/Flags.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics, A/B testing, and metric monitoring.
  • Experience with crash reporting tools such as Crashlytics.
  • Experience with static analysis tools such as SwiftLint.
  • Culture of code review, technical feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Product mindset, with understanding of technology’s impact on the business.
  • Proactivity, ownership, and willingness to participate in mentoring, code dojos, and knowledge sharing.
