Description

  • Continuously evolve the area’s products with strong technical quality and business alignment.
  • Improve conversion across key customer journeys including discovery, selection, checkout, and repurchase.
  • Increase product profitability through technical decisions that improve funnel efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure app quality, performance, and stability while reducing failures, rework, and friction.
  • Support scalable growth by balancing delivery speed with operational stability.
  • Serve as the squad’s technical reference by defining architecture and standards and supporting critical decisions.
  • Mentor team members through technical guidance and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an autonomous, continuously improving environment.

Requirements

  • Advanced Kotlin proficiency and strong Android experience in medium-to-high complexity products.
  • Experience with mobile architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, and MVI.
  • Experience with modularization and scalable mobile systems.
  • Experience acting as a technical reference for architectural decisions, standards, and quality.
  • Technical mentoring experience and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong ownership mindset, critical thinking, and focus on business impact.
  • Preferred experience with internal team processes such as code review flows, squad rituals, and architecture standards.
  • Preferred experience with mobile CI/CD, test automation, and release best practices.
  • Knowledge of KMM and SDUI is preferred.
