Description

  • Act as the finance partner for the Global Business vertical in strategic discussions, meetings, and studies.
  • Manage the P&L across Budget, Actual, and Forecast scenarios, including Revenue, Expenses, Margin, and EBT.
  • Analyze deviations with YoY, MoM, and Actual vs. Budget comparisons.
  • Develop financial models for predictive projections, including trend, closing, and forecast scenarios.
  • Create RPA automations to improve data consumption and productivity.
  • Prepare and present results to executives.
  • Build data visualizations to support monitoring and decision-making.
  • Identify variations and ensure accurate accounting of P&L lines.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to support data-oriented decision-making and financial best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related fields, with focus or knowledge in finance/financial planning.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, Financial Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, including scenarios, sensitivities, and Pivot tables, plus experience building and maintaining management P&Ls with operational drivers such as TPV, take rate, CAC, LTV, NII, CoF, and CoR.
  • Knowledge of SQL for self-service data extraction.
  • Experience with Python for data pipeline automation, reconciliation, and ETL is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau for executive dashboard creation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks, and/or interest in applying AI to FP&A workflows is preferred.
  • Previous experience with cross-border products such as remittance, FX, global accounts, or international cards is preferred.
