Description

  • Conduct structured analyses of operational flows and customer journeys to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Propose prioritized solutions based on impact and feasibility.
  • Plan and facilitate diagnostic and co-creation workshops to align stakeholders and generate practical improvements.
  • Understand the product and define customer service flows.
  • Prioritize and refine the backlog based on user needs, business metrics, and organizational strategy.
  • Identify problems and opportunities by collecting, analyzing, and handling complex data.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with involved departments to support collaboration and communication.
  • Interpret customer processes and needs and design customer service strategies.
  • Define, collect, review, and analyze metrics to evaluate project and process success.
  • Manage stakeholders in a complex, fast-changing environment and drive innovation through new technologies and solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of process management methodologies such as BPM, PDCA, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience or knowledge of Tableau, Figma, and Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced English is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI platforms is preferred.
