Description

  • Lead and develop the Mortgage Credit team through one-on-one follow-ups, feedback, goal setting, and professional development.
  • Manage the end-to-end workflow, ensuring quality, productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Structure, document, and monitor operational processes to drive continuous improvement and standardization.
  • Act as the technical reference for real estate credit operations, supporting the team with complex issues and process compliance.
  • Track performance indicators and define action plans to improve results.
  • Manage projects related to workflow evolution, focusing on innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Organize workflows, priorities, and follow-up routines to support team results.
  • Contribute to strategies for expansion, operational improvement, and greater process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in leadership roles such as coordination, supervision, or team management.
  • Strong experience in real estate market operations.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, contracts, and operational routines.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop people.
  • Analytical profile with the ability to turn KPIs into action plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Organization, strategic vision, and results focus.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with KPI management, processes, and continuous improvement (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate companies, banking correspondents, or financial services focused on mortgage credit (preferred).
  • Knowledge of process and project management methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience with real estate management systems and platforms such as CRMs and ERPs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of document analysis and real estate legislation (preferred).
  • Intermediate English is a plus.
