Description

  • Lead the successful implementation of client projects and ensure requirements and timelines are met.
  • Optimize IT system performance and reliability by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to support effective communication and project delivery.
  • Design, test, and deploy complete technology solutions for client environments.
  • Configure and deploy infrastructure changes including firewalls, servers, networking, and wireless systems.
  • Troubleshoot and support endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, and networks during deployments.
  • Engage with clients in a customer-focused manner to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment with flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience designing, testing, and deploying complete technology solutions.
  • Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting experience with endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, and networks.
  • Strong technical proficiency with infrastructure components and systems.
  • Experience working with remote teams is desired.
  • Experience using PSA tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is a plus.
  • Experience in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients is a plus.
  • Experience with RMM tools such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a vehicle for travel to client and company offices.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work full time, 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
  • Able to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Preferably holds at least two certifications from CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance for PH applicants.
  • Home office setup with a computer meeting minimum specs, stable internet, headset, smartphone for Microsoft Authenticator, HD webcam, and second monitor.
  • Windows Server environment experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, basic PowerShell scripting, storage solutions, and Hyper-V setup.
  • Cloud platform deployment experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with equipment setup and deployment for Dell/HPE servers, Ubiquiti switches and WAPs, and Sophos firewalls.
  • Experience with NAS solutions from QNAP and Synology.
  • Preferred experience with VMware ESXi and Nutanix Acropolis.
  • Preferred experience with Azure AD, Cloud Server, Apple MDM, and Citrix ShareFile.
  • Preferred experience with Cisco/Dell Enterprise switches, SonicWall/Fortinet firewalls, and Cisco Meraki or TPLink WAPs.
  • Preferred experience with SAN solutions from Compellent and Nutanix.
