Description

  • Collaborate with internal AI Champions and domain experts to identify high-value AI use cases.
  • Build and orchestrate production-ready AI agents.
  • Redesign business workflows such as sales automation, ticket disposition, and RFI/RFX responses using AI-first principles.
  • Work with the core engineering team to integrate AI workflows into business infrastructure.
  • Support AI enablement and internal technical upskilling through targeted training phases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building, orchestrating, and deploying production-ready AI agents and LLM-based solutions such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
  • Strong hands-on software engineering background with AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with API integrations, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate non-technical business needs into AI logic.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Nice to have: Experience with dynamic LLM routing layers (AI harnesses).
