Description

  • Monitor provider coverage and capacity in the assigned territory and identify coverage gaps.
  • Source, recruit, and retain qualified providers that align with compliance requirements and IME’s strategy.
  • Manage recruiting workflows and transition approved providers to the Compliance team for onboarding and activation.
  • Support provider vetting and the application and activation process in partnership with Compliance Specialists.
  • Train, coach, and hold contractors accountable to IME processes, standards, and performance expectations.
  • Review business metrics and reports to identify performance opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with providers to discuss best practices and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate store visits with lead generators and store management to strengthen relationships.
  • Identify, document, and share best practices in lead generation, sales, installation, and service.
  • Communicate and execute new initiatives, programs, and policy changes in the field.
  • Assist in resolving service issues and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of retail or related experience.
  • Strong business acumen with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Sound judgment and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
