Description

  • Provide holistic oversight of a portion of the creative portfolio, managing people, time, and budget across assigned campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio health and quickly reallocate resources or adjust scope when work deviates from plan.
  • Lead end-to-end program management for complex, high-priority initiatives spanning multiple creative disciplines and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop program plans with clear workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and regular reviews.
  • Provide reporting on creative capacity, utilization, expenses, and forecasted resource needs for leadership.
  • Design and maintain portfolio management systems, dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time visibility into portfolio health.
  • Establish frameworks for intake, prioritization, and resource allocation to keep work aligned with business goals.
  • Partner on capacity planning and proactively flag capacity risks with recommended solutions.
  • Translate company goals into operational objectives and build strong stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Creative, Production, and Finance.
  • Support a collaborative culture and encourage experimentation with AI tools and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Creative Operations, Production Management, or Studio Operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both portfolio management and complex program management.
  • Proven experience providing portfolio-level oversight in fast-paced creative environments.
  • Deep experience leading complex programs with multiple creative disciplines, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Strong background in capacity planning, resource forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
  • Strong understanding of creative disciplines and how to coordinate them in complex programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Hands-on experience with program management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years in an agency environment such as an advertising agency, creative agency, or production company.
  • Preferred: Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, including the ability to model scenarios, forecast capacity, evaluate tradeoffs, and design portfolio management frameworks.
