Description

  • Help evolve the enterprise people analytics agenda across organizational health, performance, hiring, and other key domains.
  • Lead high-stakes, enterprise-wide analytical projects such as retention analysis, people surveys, organizational health metrics, and engagement survey effectiveness.
  • Design and mature self-serve people data products, including dashboards, standardized views, and metric layers.
  • Own data warehousing and data architecture decisions across data ingestion, ETL/ELT, BI tools, and LLMs.
  • Bring analytical rigor to enterprise people programs such as performance cycles, compensation reviews, workforce planning, and AES.
  • Apply advanced methods such as predictive attrition models, cohort analysis, survival analysis, and simple causal frameworks.
  • Partner with HRBPs, People leaders, and analysts to improve data literacy, metric interpretation, and responsible use of people data.
  • Champion data governance, privacy, and role-based access across Workday, Snowflake, BI tools, and Qualtrics.
  • Contribute to the PAR team’s roadmap, operating model, intake process, prioritization, analysis standards, and storytelling culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in People Analytics or HR data areas such as HCM, recruiting, compensation, retention, DEI, engagement, or workforce planning.
  • Experience designing and maintaining executive-facing dashboards and data products in BI tools such as OneModel, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets, performance-tuned queries, data pipelines, and analytics-ready models.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear stories and actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Experience with multivariate analysis, including regression models, comparison testing, and natural language processing techniques.
  • Strong research methodology and psychometrics background, including designing, validating, and interpreting survey instruments.
  • Experience handling sensitive HR data with strong judgment around privacy, security, and role-based access controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: Experience moving a People Analytics or Workforce Analytics function from ad hoc reporting to scalable self-serve analytics.
  • Preferred: Depth with Workday, Greenhouse, OneModel, Qualtrics, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: Experience designing and analyzing employee survey programs, including engagement, lifecycle, and program evaluation surveys.
  • Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or public-company environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated influence in cross-functional settings with HRBPs, Total Rewards, Recruiting, Finance, and People Tech.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Remote role with Flex First work flexibility.
  • Highly market-competitive compensation.
  • Base salary range of $161,000 to $204,500 USD depending on work location.
  • Eligible for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligible for annual refresh equity grants.
