Description

  • Drive AI for Analytics data science work from opportunity identification through execution.
  • Use data to identify promising product opportunity areas and refine new product ideas.
  • Develop and deploy AI systems in production settings.
  • Improve product features by adding intelligent functionality using statistical and machine learning methods.
  • Drive critical work to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Contribute to adjacent functions such as data engineering and machine learning engineering when needed.
  • Create and help own the product roadmap.
  • Prioritize requests across multiple competing stakeholders.
  • Serve as a senior cross-functional leader, aligning the team on principles, processes, and goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience in data science or a related field.
  • Deep experience with AI workflows.
  • Expertise in Python (pandas), SQL, git, and Jupyter notebooks.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills.
  • Experience building a machine learning, statistical, or AI model that reached production.
  • 8+ years of work experience in data science or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team to design a metrics system aligned to business strategy and ownership.
  • Significant causal experimentation experience (preferred).
  • Experience building and supporting a complex machine learning or statistical model in production (preferred).
  • Experience with scikit-learn, statsmodels, or PyTorch; a visualization library other than matplotlib; Flask; and Snowflake (preferred).

Benefits

  • Highly market-competitive compensation.
  • Base pay range of $218,000-$230,000 USD for CA, NY, CT, and NJ.
  • Base pay range of $209,000-$220,500 USD for WA.
  • Base pay range of $200,000-$211,000 USD for OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI.
  • Base pay range of $182,000-$192,000 USD for all other states.
