Description

  • Engage with store teams throughout the launch and implementation cycle of pilot programs.
  • Provide hands-on, on-site observation to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Serve as a link between local store teams and remote operations, product, and business teams to maintain clear communication and feedback loops.
  • Oversee local initiatives and the rollout of new programs in alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Conduct technical testing and troubleshooting using guides, and help build or repair elements as needed.
  • Use performance metrics and data analysis to drive continuous improvement in pilot store locations.
  • Document processes, issues, and resolutions in clear notes and other required media.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience in management, regional, or corporate roles.
  • Experience driving program implementation, change management, training execution, and success measurement.
  • Comfort handling technology challenges using guides and troubleshooting resources.
  • Strong autonomy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Customer-focused orientation and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Flexibility to travel and spend significant time in retail environments, especially during peak periods.
  • Proficiency in performance monitoring, reporting, and using data to improve operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Experience with process mapping, measurement, documentation, and continuous improvement tools and methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience in a client-facing role (preferred).

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $40-$46.
  • Flexible work location through Instacart’s Flex First approach.
  • Temporary contractor role with the ability to extend if required.
