Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise CPG customers, including 6- to 7-figure deals.
  • Manage the full customer journey from implementation and training through active product adoption.
  • Build strong customer partnerships and trust by understanding promotional strategies, business objectives, and operating processes.
  • Advise customers on organizational and process changes needed to incorporate micro-testing and consumer insights into their workflows.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
  • Delegate tasks effectively while managing requests across multiple client teams.
  • Mentor internal team members on relevant subject matter and domain expertise.
  • Partner with customers to help them use insights to roll out optimal promotions and revenue-driving strategies at scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing complex customers across multiple stakeholder contacts with high customer satisfaction.
  • Experience driving customers through process or organizational change to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proven account growth experience through cross-selling or upselling existing customer relationships.
  • Analytical background with experience analyzing data and turning it into data-driven stories and presentations; experimental design experience is a plus.
  • Project or engagement management experience delivering complex projects on time.
  • 5+ years of exposure to the CPG and retail ecosystem.
  • Preferred experience with consumer/shopper behavioral insights or promotional/pricing strategy development.
  • Preferred direct experience in a CPG revenue management, sales, category management, or insights role, or with a CPG solutions provider in promotion optimization, panel data, or loyalty insights.
  • Preferred location in the Midwest or East Coast to support approximately 25% customer travel.

  • Base salary range of $100,000-$105,000 in WA; $95,000-$100,500 in OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI; $87,000-$92,000 in all other states; and $104,000-$110,000 in CA, NY, CT, NJ.
