Description

  • Plan and execute realistic attack scenarios that simulate sophisticated threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Design and deliver red team engagements that include physical, social engineering, and cyberattack components.
  • Perform penetration testing of networks, applications, and systems using offensive security tools and custom scripts.
  • Bypass defensive controls such as IDS/IPS, firewalls, EDR solutions, and WAFs.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities to gain and escalate privileges while avoiding detection.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, attack vectors, and mitigation recommendations.
  • Present assessment results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with blue teams to improve incident detection, response, threat hunting, and monitoring.
  • Research and develop new tools, exploits, and methodologies to strengthen red team capabilities.
  • Stay current on emerging attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and defensive countermeasures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red team operations.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Familiarity with modern adversary TTPs and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Hands-on experience with offensive security tools including Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, BloodHound, Impacket, and Burp Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative approach to security challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, or other relevant offensive security certifications preferred.
