Description

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve partner requests for users of Insider One products and services.
  • Review partner queries and develop creative solutions that streamline their requirements.
  • Provide timely support to ensure seamless partner experiences and meet SLAs for response and issue resolution times.
  • Advocate for partners by collecting feedback and sharing it with the Product team to improve processes and product offerings.
  • Support partners as they expand to the Insider platform and help them overcome technical challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, including executive-level contacts.
  • Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced startup environment to improve outreach, follow-up, and support effectiveness.
  • Manage follow-up systematically and maintain high standards of responsiveness and accountability.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting a technical product, ideally in SaaS, or experience in MIS or software development teams.
  • Strong written communication skills in both English and German.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to provide timely responses and follow up systematically.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting/debugging skills.
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
  • Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
  • Superior project and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages is a plus.
