Description

  • Design and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend systems that process and serve large volumes of data.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, reliable, high-performance solutions for enterprise customers worldwide.
  • Own core data services and APIs that power the company’s infrastructure.
  • Solve complex technical challenges involving concurrency, synchronization, distributed behavior, and system reliability.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as throughput, latency, and resource efficiency.
  • Continuously improve system performance through small but high-impact optimizations in high-traffic environments.
  • Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work within agile teams and collaborate closely with other departments on product and platform development.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of backend engineering experience, ideally with Go as the primary language.
  • Experience building and operating distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, synchronization, and data consistency.
  • Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with caching systems such as Redis.
  • Experience with messaging or queue systems such as NSQ, NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
  • Strong practices across the development lifecycle, including design, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively in a global team setting.
  • Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with real-time messaging systems like Kafka, Kinesis, or NATS is a bonus.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure is a bonus.
  • Interest in event-driven architectures, streaming pipelines, or gRPC-based communication is a bonus.
  • Passion for observability, monitoring, and debugging complex distributed systems is a bonus.
