Description

Design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems powered by LLMs and foundation models.
Build agentic AI applications with multi-step LLM workflows, RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs.
Design and run evaluation pipelines to measure and improve agent quality, including LLM-as-judge, regression testing, safety, and red-team evaluation.
Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to define API contracts and deliver end-to-end features.
Monitor AI system performance, latency, cost, and production SLAs.
Provide technical leadership and drive necessary infrastructure or architectural changes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a similar department.
At least 5 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Python.
Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with agent and LLM orchestration frameworks such as Strands SDK, Google ADK, LangChain, or LangGraph.
Familiarity with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices, including Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, resource management, development processes, deployment, testing, and operations.
Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
Advanced English skills.
Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
