Description

  • Architect, build, and deploy intelligent features for the VIP platform.
  • Design domain-specific AI systems and chatbots for complex dialogue management and workflow execution.
  • Collaborate with scientists to assess, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs on domain-specific data.
  • Build and maintain RAG systems, reinforcement learning frameworks, guardrails, and assessment mechanisms.
  • Integrate AI features into the platform with product and software engineering teams.
  • Establish prompt engineering and data management best practices for transparency and governance.
  • Define monitoring and evaluation practices across the model lifecycle from development through production.
  • Stay current on advances in NLP, LLMs, and agentic AI research and advise on architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • MSc preferred, or BSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, with a strong focus on NLP.
  • Proven experience designing and shipping chatbots, virtual assistants, or agentic systems using modern LLM-based architectures.
  • Strong Python programming experience (5+ years) and deep experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, or MCP services.
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
  • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA and open-source or API-based models including Llama, Mistral, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • 5+ years of cloud experience, with Azure preferred, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, KFP, and KServe for scalable deployment.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals including Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
