Description

Architect, build, and deploy intelligent features for the VIP platform.
Design domain-specific AI systems and chatbots for complex dialogue management and workflow execution.
Collaborate with scientists to assess, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs on domain-specific data.
Build and maintain RAG systems, reinforcement learning frameworks, guardrails, and assessment mechanisms.
Integrate AI features into the platform with product and software engineering teams.
Establish prompt engineering and data management best practices for transparency and governance.
Define monitoring and evaluation practices across the model lifecycle from development through production.
Stay current on advances in NLP, LLMs, and agentic AI research and advise on architecture decisions.

Requirements

MSc preferred, or BSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, with a strong focus on NLP.
Proven experience designing and shipping chatbots, virtual assistants, or agentic systems using modern LLM-based architectures.
Strong Python programming experience (5+ years) and deep experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, or MCP services.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA and open-source or API-based models including Llama, Mistral, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
5+ years of cloud experience, with Azure preferred, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, KFP, and KServe for scalable deployment.
Solid software engineering fundamentals including Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
